اصدر امر جديد بمنع استخدام حارات الامان بسبب عدم تقيد السواق بحدود السرعه المفروضة! و هذه المعلومات موجوده على اللوائح الالكترونية في الشوارع و موقع وزارة الداخلية.. قرار + دراسة – دراسة + شوارع الكويت = اللي صار

exactly.. It might work.. but not in Kuwait, especially that some drivers don’t really care! Driving in Kuwait is racing.. We have laws but we have no enforcement! Speed is really becoming an issue too.. They concentrate on mobile phones and they leave those speeding and swerving all around and through traffic. I’m not against speeding but if a road is full, its full some people behave as if they own the road. Dunno where we are heading, doesn’t look good from where I see it. :s
