I recently started to diet and reduce the amount of food I consume, however I haven’t noticed a lot of weight loss and its affecting me negatively. So I decided to research and try something new. Browsing the internet (Mark’s Michael Dine’s in Hell Post) I looked at different diets and how Michael lost weight and his diet , and I think I’m going to start the Dukan diet.
What’s the Dukan Diet?
THE DUKAN DIET SUMMARIZED
THE ATTACK PHASE: Pure Proteins
Length: 2 to 7 days, with the average being 5 days
THE CRUISE PHASE: 100 Unlimited Foods in Alternation
Average length: 3 days for each pound you want to lose
THE CONSOLIDATION PHASE:
Average length: 5 days per pound lost
THE PERMANENT STABILIZATION PHASE:
1 pure protein day every Thursday for life
No more elevators and escalators
3 tablespoons of oat bran a day

Therefore you start off with 7 Days of Eating only protien, no carbs no fat whatsoever. The attack phase protein and water, here you should loose from 5-10 KG within a week.
You continue with the Cruise phase in which you’re allowed to eat more food stuffs, then the consolidation phase (i haven’t read this far in the book yet:P) then the premanent phase is where you’ve adapted and know what to eat and what not to eat and have a 1 day full protein day.
The fact that I’ll be able to loose 5-7 KG in 10 Days is my major aim for trying this + not getting confused in counting calories and sticking to one food group is easiest for me. I can’t wait to start, but i’ll be starting on Sunday to ensure that i’ll be prepared and have everything that I need to pull it off.
I’ll keep you posted on a weekly basis on my improvement. I’ll be starting Sunday and reporting back the Sunday after.
